Care, £79 a month. Uptime monitoring, domain and SSL checks, a monthly test of your forms and click-to-call, backup checks, up to 45 minutes of small edits a month (unused time doesn’t roll over), replies by the next working day and a quarterly health-check report.

How much does a website cost?

Every project is quoted exactly, in writing, before we start, and that figure does not move. Launch is one page built around one offer, with the copy written for you. Core covers up to five pages with an enquiry form or booking tool built in. Signature covers bigger builds with integrations and bespoke motion, and online stores are built on Shopify. Current starting prices for all of them are on the pricing page.
How fast will it go live?

Most sites go live within a week, two weeks at most. Launch sites take days, Core builds about a week and Signature builds up to two weeks, though the largest Signature builds may take a little longer, which we confirm in your quote. Online stores usually take two to four weeks. We agree the timeline before we start and keep you updated at every checkpoint, so there is never a mystery about where things are.
Do I actually own the site?

Completely. The site, the domain, the content and every account are in your name from day one. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you. No lock-in, no hostage situation, no ransom fees.
What do you need from me?

Around two to three hours in total. A short call to understand your business, your logo and any photos you have, and quick feedback at two review points. We write the copy and handle everything technical, so you stay focused on running your business.
I already have a website. Can you fix it?

Yes. We rebuild or redesign existing sites all the time, keeping anything that already ranks well on Google and replacing what does not work. You get a modern site without losing the ground you have gained.
Do you look after the site after launch?

If you want us to. Care plans cover uptime monitoring, domain, SSL and backup checks, a monthly test of your forms and click-to-call, and small edits each month, billed monthly. They are completely optional, you can cancel any time, and both plans are on the pricing page.
What if I do not like the first design?

You see the design at set checkpoints, not at the end, so big surprises simply do not happen. Your package includes set rounds of changes at each checkpoint, and anything beyond those is quoted in writing before we do it.
How do payments work?

Simple: half to begin, half when your site goes live. Care plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel any time. Everything is invoiced properly with the price agreed in writing first.
